Upon completion of the programme, learners will:
- Achieve the ASDAN Personal Progress qualification
- Develop core skills in:
- Communication
- Independent living
- Community participation
- Personal development
- Explore vocational interests through tasters in areas such as: Hair and Beauty Sport and Fitness Construction Hospitality Care
- Enhance transferable skills like teamwork, following instructions, and safe use of tools/equipment
- Receive ASDAN certification for completed Lifeskills Challenges - Key Stage course delivered to
- KS1;KS2;KS3;KS4;KS5;
- Admissions Criteria

To enrol on the SEND programme, learners should:
- Be from age 5 upwards with a recognised Special Educational Need and/or Disability (SEND)
- Be working towards Entry Level 1, at Entry Level 1, or require a highly personalised, non-accredited learning plan
- Be referred by a school, local authority, parent/carer, or support professional
- Attend an initial meeting or informal visit to: Discuss the learner’s current needs, learning style, and support strategies Review EHCPs or existing support documents (if applicable)
- Agree on a tailored learning pathway with achievable goals
Empowering Futures welcomes a wide range of learners, including those who may not yet be ready for formal accreditation.

- Minimum Group Size The minimum group size is 1 learner, allowing for bespoke 1-to-1 tuition where group delivery is not suitable. We aim to group learners when appropriate, but never exceed 4 per session.
