Life Skills & Decision-Making Our course is designed to equip young people with essential life skills, fostering confidence, resilience, and informed decision-making. Below is an outline of the key areas covered:
1. Personal & Social Development Understanding friendships and peer influence Building positive relationships and communication skills Raising self-worth and developing emotional intelligence
