Sports and Fitness Course delivered in a performance sports environment, fostering engagement and learning through involvement in various sporting activities (this can be tailored to specific performance goals for dedicated student-athletes targeting a specific sport or can be targeted at multi-sports for students just enjoy participating in sport for enjoyment.
Learners complete challenges, record skills development and evidence what they do.
Building soft skills that they can take back into other learning environments and the wider community. - Course Modules
