Based in our office headquarters in its own self-contained onsite training suite in Westwood Heath Coventry. Includes travel to and from Coventry city centre or preferred location.
A proactive approach to building resilience, self-advocacy, self-growth & SEMH, self-awareness and self-esteem building, utilising an array of personal development tools and resources.
Careers and "Finding My Why"
Enterprise linked to academic subjects - Our Finding My Why bespoke programme focusing on personal development, confidence building, and preparation for future opportunities like apprenticeships or work.
This course incorporates pathways into a pre-apprenticeship programme, apprenticeship or college pathway as required with work experience and workplace tasters.
Embedded with Careers information, advice and guidance - this fully individually bespoke programme includes:
- Augmented Reality Work experience
- Confidence building,
- Resilience sessions.
Using PACE techniques, we focus on self-advocacy training & SEMH carried out by wellbeing neurodiversity specialists and academic subject specialists for Maths and English (as required by individual) using our tried and tested methods used around the country. - Course Modules

Behind every single PET-Xi course is a truly impressive team of highly skilled individuals, leading to the best outcome for your learners. All PET-Xi training staff are experienced and trained:
• PET-Xi Experts come from teaching and training backgrounds and also work as examiners for awarding bodies and for external quality assurers.
• Motivational Leads are chosen for their ability to motivate and engage a broad spectrum of learners. Their training in Assessment for Learning and use of assertive questioning maximises success rates for learners.
• Supports can be either Motivational Leads and/or Experts training in the PET-Xi methodology, teaching assistants or those who have worked in the subject area or industry for many years. - Delivery Area
