Flourish at the Farm is a high-quality team of trained teachers, educators and specialists. We design and deliver 1:1 bespoke, exciting and enjoyable education programmes to children with additional needs. We focus on three key areas:
Reintegration of pupils back into a school setting.
Transitions - Supporting students with SEN moving from one education setting to another.
Enrichment - Forming part of a students education package, supporting SEMH and other individual needs. This supports positive time in school throughout the week.
We work with children in both Primary and Secondary education as well as offer a transition to adulthood post 16 programme. We offer unique outdoor and indoor learning environments for children to explore, gain new experiences and connect with nature. We pride ourselves on promoting a love of practical learning as well as an appreciation of the outdoors.
Our trained staff use specialised delivery methods to focus on the improvement and maintenance of each students social, emotional and mental health. We work hard to ensure each student feels safe, respected and that their individual needs are met. - Course Modules
