- Nulogic Training is a specialist provider of Alternative Provision in Coventry, supporting young people at risk of exclusion. We focus on re-engaging learners through practical, skills-based programmes that build confidence, leadership, and personal development. We are primarily known for our Sports Leaders Qualification, enhanced with boxing sessions. This unique combination promotes physical fitness, discipline, and teamwork while supporting emotional wellbeing and behaviour management.

• Describe the qualities and responsibilities of a sports leader
Task 1.2: Develop communication skills
• Demonstrate effective verbal and non-verbal communication during a sports activity
Task 1.3: Plan a sports activity
• Design a simple sports session plan including warm-up, main activity, and cool-down
Task 2.1: Lead a sports activity
