- The NOCN qualification in Skills for Employment, Training and Personal Development aims to equip teenagers with vital skills. This course encompasses, Time management, Budgeting, Communication, Decision-making, Goal setting, Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management, and Resilience. Through engaging lessons and realistic scenarios will gain the ability to tackle challenges, make informed decisions, and embrace adult responsibilities with confidence. By the conclusion of the course, students will be well-prepared to navigate life's complexities and succeed in the real world.
