This 12-week transition programme is designed for primary children who need additional support before entering secondary education. The programme focuses on four key pillars:
1. Core Academic Skills: Daily Maths and English to fill learning gaps
2. Find Your Why: Purpose-building activities embedded throughout
3. Social & Emotional Development: Building confidence, resilience and emotional regulation
4. Secondary School Readiness: Practical skills for the secondary environment
Each week follows a consistent structure while building progressively toward secondary school readiness. Should the school wish us to provide additional support for any other ‘missed’ content - e.g. KS3 Geography (Rivers), please let us know and we’ll review how we can incorporate bite-sized content – this will help to when the learners start the spring term - Course Modules
